Phantom from the '80s

Victoria Blue, a girl who died too young in the '80s at age 18, becomes a ghost. She was a well-known singer at the time and had a loving girlfriend... until she died. While wandering the streets one night, she finds out she has a gift, she can make anyone see or not see whatever she wants.

 

When she meets a very powerful ghost, who asks her to join his band as his lead singer for his club, she falls for the scam and ends up having to stay there against her will for the next 40 years. One night while during a show Willie, her best friend, is sitting at a table with 3 male ghosts that have their own gifts as well. She recognizes them from a band she saw years before. She feels as though she has to stop them from making the same mistake she and Willie did all those years ago. In the process, she seems to get along very well with the lead singer of sunset curve, Luke Patterson.
